This end user training provides participants with the knowledge and skills required to administer and interpret the Gender Informed Needs Assessment (GINA). Participants will participate in a blend of self-paced e-learning modules and virtual instructor led modules covering gender-responsive principles and practices, administration and scoring of the GINA, interview and assessment skills, and assessment-driven case planning.

The e-learning format provides a cost-effective way for staff to participate in training at any time from any location with internet capabilities.
