In this training, participants will examine each worksheet, explore the importance of setting goals and realistic plans, consider the many aspects of re-entry that a returning citizen will face, and learn the ways that role-playing can integrate into the workbook. Participants will reflect upon the community partners in their local jurisdiction and explore ways to build enhanced partnerships to foster successful re-entry. Guidance for both individual use of the workbook in one-on-one sessions as well as group-based use of the workbook in facilitated re-entry programs will be provided.
