Overview
Women's Risk Needs Assessment (WRNA) Training for End-Users is 100% virtual and designed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to administer and interpret the WRNA effectively. The course focuses on evidence-based practices, gender-responsive principles, and the administration and scoring processes of the assessment.
Participants will develop critical interview and assessment skills and learn how to create assessment-driven case plans, ensuring they are well-prepared to support their clients. The VILT format allows for flexibility and accessibility, enabling staff to train from any location with internet access.
Training Format
Training is delivered through a blended learning format that includes self-paced online modules and live Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT).
Completion of all self-paced modules and full attendance in the live session are required to receive a certificate of completion.
