Overview

The WRNA Booster Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT) refreshes certified WRNA end-users on assessment administration, scoring, and evidence-based practice. This training is intended only for staff who are already certified WRNA end-users seeking a refresher.

This training includes two components totaling 6 training hours.

Blended Learning Format

This program combines self-paced learning with live instructor-led sessions, offering flexibility while ensuring consistent application of WRNA scoring and administration.

• Session 1: Self-Paced Pre-Work (Online Classroom)
  Participants watch a recorded WRNA interview conducted by a trained assessor and review written collateral materials. Using these materials, participants score all assessment domains and submit their completed assessment in the online classroom. Scoring guidance and administration tips are provided.

• Session 2: Live Virtual Training
  During the live session, trainers and participants review the assessment video and scoring from Session 1, clarify scoring decisions, share administration tips, compare results with peers, and discuss key takeaways as a group.
