Overview:
Women's Risk/ Needs Assessment (WRNA) Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT) is designed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to administer and interpret the WRNA effectively. The course focuses on evidence-based practices, gender-responsive principles, and the assessment's administration and scoring processes.
Participants will develop critical interview and assessment skills and learn how to create assessment-driven case plans, ensuring they are well-prepared to support their clients. The VILT format allows for flexibility and accessibility, enabling staff to train from any location with internet access.

This program features a mix of self-paced modules and live instructor-led sessions, allowing for flexible learning while ensuring comprehensive coverage of essential topics.
